Faulty or Damaged Items

The Jaks Beauty Parlour Team always ensure the quality of our products. However, if something has slipped through the net or the product has been damaged in transit; please contact us within 30 days. Please do not return the item before speaking to one of our team through the Contact Us page.

Once you’ve received confirmation from our team to return your order, please return in the original packaging and we will refund the cost of the order and the return delivery charge.

Other Reasons

If you want to return your beauty goods for any other reason, please contact us within 30 days through the website and all products must be returned in the original packaging, sealed and unused. If we feel that the product/s may have been used then we will be unable to provide you with a refund. 

Make sure you include your invoice in the return package so we can process your return as quickly as possible and keep a copy of your postage receipt in case the parcel is lost in transit. Once we receive your order, we will refund the cost of the order only (shipping costs excluded).
